Andy has 25+ years of experience across fractional CFO advisory, senior finance leadership, and management consulting. His work spans founder-led companies, PE-backed portfolio businesses, high-growth startups, and Fortune 500 environments in seven industries: eCommerce, SaaS and technology, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, consumer products, and telecom.
He has supported PE-backed and founder-led companies through the financial moments that matter most: scaling revenue, improving profitability, strengthening cash visibility, building board-ready reporting, preparing for lender and investor scrutiny, and getting businesses ready for acquisition, financing, or exit. His experience includes sell-side preparation, diligence support, lender workstreams, transaction close, finance transformation, and CFO operating cadence design.
Andy pairs rigorous financial discipline with practical operator judgment. His work has contributed to more than $26M in client value creation and more than $5M in capital raised, through finance transformation, process improvement, growth initiatives, and transaction readiness.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Having lived and worked across multiple regions, he brings a global, cross-cultural perspective to financial leadership and is trilingual in English, Spanish, and French.
